Q Nails

Today was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with a great experience! I first off like that they’re open on Sunday's, that’s very convenient. They have a wonderful selection of nail colors to choose from & the price was great. I feel like my nail tech did a great job with my length and shape of my nails. The acrylic came out smooth & even. I will definitely be back!

2 words NEVER AGAIN ! I got may nails done Sunday, 2 days ago and they already came off. This was my first time here and my last. At first my nails were all crooked, one was shorter than the other & the color was not what I had asked for. I wanted my whole nail one color (blush pink) but the pink that she put on my nail was see thru, my nail was dark on the bottom and light on the other. She tried to fix it by going over it with gel polish, that made it worst you cold see thru the polish, it wasn't even and it look like it had things on it. She had to re-do my nails 3 times! And they still weren't good but at that point I was tired and annoyed so I went home. Save your money!!

My nails turned out super cute and I love them so much! Atmosphere was very peaceful and I loved the overall experience. Usually, I hate how my nails end up but these were super cute, thin and exactly what I requested.

I came in yesterday and there were so many people so I decided to leave and come back first thing this morning. I arrived at 9:26am and the sign says they open at 10 so i waited until 10:12. Once inside a lady who had just gotten here walks in and is addressed before me. I don’t get acknowledged until after he asks everyone else what they want. This has upset me. I come here all the time and this takes the cake. Rude, inattentive, unprofessional, biased. Why wasn’t I helped first? Why was I asked what services I needed last? I’m not hispanic I assume since they were the only ones treated with dignity.
