Q Nails

if i could give no stars i would. this is god awful. the lady did my daughters just painted and they look fine for a 3 year old. i asked for square but narrow square almost coffin and this is what i got. never again $75 for this. they are lumpy and god awful.

My experience at this salon was absolutely fantastic. My daughter and I went to get our nails done and they probably did the best job out of all nail salons I've been to in the Tri-Cities. It is a bit of a wait, because there are only 2 employees that I imagine are the owners, but the quality is absolutely worth it. My daughter wanted a specific design and they did their absolute best to replicate the design she picked out. We felt pampered every step of the way. This will probably be our new nail salon for sure!!

I’m honestly very disappointed ☹️ with these people I have gone three times to do my nails to them I’m new to the area so I’m just trying to find somebody that’ll satisfy my needs for my nails and every single time I go they charge me a different amount. I consider that a scam. I’m a girl that doesn’t get any type of design on their nails I always just get a simple color or French nails the first time I went I asked how much they charged for gel they said 45 then I said I wanted tips and French and they said that it would be 50 for full set and the second time I got a regular full set one simple blue color and they charged me 60 I wasn’t sure why they had charged me more then the first time. Now the third time I went I got Simple color and two of my nails on each hand were French. The guy

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I also have never left a review on a company before, however, this needs to be shared. I went yesterday to get my nails done and it took a little bit to get me in the chair but it was alright. The woman started on my nails and then the man took over halfway through, not really sure why. When I got done, they looked alright. I then paid $60 and a $10 tip. However, when I got home, less than 2 hours later, the nail polish started clumping, peeling, getting sticky, and transferring onto everything I own. It got all over my car, phone, clothes, pillows, purse, and workplace. So, as anyone would do, I went back today to ask for a refund because of the poor job they did the day before. I was a later in the evening walk in, received a really wonderful experience regardless 😊 both techs were very welcoming and warm and the lady that did my nails went above and beyond making sure my nails were in great shape. She even custom mixed two polishes to create a really lovely fall time cat eye color. I really enjoyed having my nail needs taken care of at Q Nails.
