Q Nails

I didn’t realize until I paid and walked out, I just didn’t get a closer look when I was in there. I’m really not happy. First time in over 4 years I’ve gotten my nails done. :( $68. The hearts are horrible. The nails are lopsided. The French tips aren’t even finished on the sides. I’m so sad. And the guy that started them was on his phone the whole time, and got mad and switched with the woman to finish my nails because I told him I wanted red French tips. He was so rude. And a few nails are lifting already after only a day. I have barely done anything with my hands for it to do that. I hate writing bad reviews, but I am truly so unhappy with my experience. I thought with all the other good reviews it would be good, but I guess not. I’m sorry. Just felt so rushed and like they didn’t car

Took my daughter today to get both of our nails done for the first time in our lives. The staff here were very friendly and also worked quickly with quality work. It being my first time obviously I didn’t have any knowledge and the lady who did my nails was very kind in explaining when to come back. My daughter and I both got a full set done on our fingernails and my daughter also had a pedicure; for both of our manicures and her pedicure, the total only came out to $180 before tip. I’ve heard horror stories on nail pricing so that was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely be going back.

They do the BEST pedicures here!! My mom & I have been here multiple times, and they ALWAYS do such an amazing job! And our toe polish stays on for months! Definitely recommend over ANY nail salon in the Mansfield area!!🙌🏼❤️

It was ok. But not sure if I'll go back. The guy that did mine never told me his name then he really didn't care to listen to what I wanted. He kept steering me to his point of view. The lady that finished my nails, didn't even sit down to paint the top coats on and missed most of the sides of my nails and say your done. Didn't notice until i left , felt rushed...Not very professional like there. A friend of mine goes there and told me what she paid and when I left with just a French tip with glitter cost me 60. Plus a tip..But my friend had the same and said it cost her 50. 🤔 I'll be looking else where next time.

Kim has been doing my nails for over 20 years. She does a amazing job. I love her. I’m a nail art person and very picky, Kim is very patient with me and slays my nails everytime!
