Q2 Nails

Yo-Yo and team is very professional. This may be my fifth review, but it's always remaining the exact same customer service. A1 service A1 and everything that you can imagine. A1 please if you want great nails if you want great pedicures if you want anything come here you will not regret it

I have come to q2 nails for years. I have never left disappointed. I took my daughter to get a manicure for her birthday and I got a fill. The nails I had on were 3 weeks old. . But I left feeling confident and she completely transformed / reshaped them , they looked like a brand new fresh set. Exactly what I asked for. They are always friendly & it’s clean in here. They have remodeled a few times it looks better and better when I go. The blue nails were when I went again and I love that set too ! Exactly what I wanted.

I’ve been coming here for years and it seems like recently they keep adding random Charges every nail appointment. Additionally, they charge you an extra three dollars when you try to pay with a card even if it’s a debit card (Which is illegal as they are supposed to pay that fee, not us) There are only 2 semi talented people doing nails here, both being women. The men can be aggressive when doing your nails because they’re trying to rush. Just find a different shop or buy press ons. It’s not worth it.

Dip polish change. He soaked my fingers in a small bowl of acetone instead of foil. When my fingers touched in the bowl, the old polish smeared all over my fingers. He left it there. My nails were long and squared and I said that’s how I liked them- he started cutting them down. When I stopped him he giggled and said he didn’t know. Then he started rounding them! Everything is uneven, he cut my finger, there’s polish around my cuticles and less than 24 hours later it’s chipping off. This is the finished product. When I told him I had dried polish all over my hands he tried filing it off with an emory board! Then he told me to go wash them. When I came back he was all cleaned up and handed me a bill. I walked over to the owner and showed her my hands. She scrubbed the polish off my fingers

Slipped and fell on ice outside of their business. Watched someone else slip, and was luckily able to catch themselves on their car. I called to let them know, they hung up on me before I could finish what I was saying. Very unprofessional and rude.
