QPI Nails

Awful, absolutely awful. Took almost 2 hours for gel x set. Not the color or shape I wanted or asked for. Done completely wrong and unprofessional. Never going back. Editing this post: Response to the owner. I did call after I left because I was extremely disappointed and upset. The lady who did my nails answered and basically blamed me and said it was all my fault. I explicitly said I wanted a light neutral color and she insisted on a darker color so I finally gave up and said okay. I asked for an oval shape and she said “almond?” And I said “no, oval” and she processed to say it was the same thing. She never once asked me how long I wanted my nails, or how sharp. I love that QPI nails always does an amazing job on my pedicures. They have always fit me in to their schedule and have a helped me through some difficult situations with my feet. I love their location and how warm and friendly they are. Five stars all the way.

Tina did a great job on my pedicure! This was the first pedicure I have had in a long time that lasted more than 30 minutes. It was easy to set up the appointment online and the salon is quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Tina was wonderful! I haven’t had a pedicure in a long time and was so happy they had massage chairs. She gave me a great pedi and let me hang out in the chair for a little extra time. Thank you Tina!

Don't go here. It's not worth your time OR your money. Find a nail artist who will care about you as a person and a customer instead of belittling you and disregarding your requests. Unless you're into blatant gaslighting and passive-aggressive behavior, in which case this is the place for you. They charged me $65 for a set of nails that weren't the length or color I asked for. $65 for a woman to tell me that no, they actually couldn't do the effect I was asking for, even though the example I'd shown them was one of their example nails. $65 for nail polish to be smeared across my fingers (and for the woman to say it was my fault, for holding my fingers too close together). $65 to be laughed at. $65 to walk out of that shop feeling worse than I walked in. They don't treat you like a guest
