She gave me the prettiest nails I’ve ever had in my life — no exaggeration. From start to finish, she listened to what I wanted, made me feel heard, and somehow still surprised me in the best way by adding blue sparkles I didn’t even ask for — and they were exactly what my nails needed. ✨ Her Russian pedicure technique is next level — clean, detailed, and stunning. You can tell she cares deeply about her craft. We had such a fun time during the appointment too — good vibes only, and I left feeling pampered, pretty, and energized. Updating this because I now have FOUR NAILS GONE!?!? I paid $60 + tipped $10 for a gel x set only 2 weeks ago. Been coming here for years Been bringing friends here for years Today I gave them a call because the set I received two weeks ago was not as high quality as usual, I had to glue one of the nails on myself after only one week. I just didn’t have time off from work to come in sooner. Two weeks into having the set, I’ve lost four nails and tried to re-glue others Today was my first day off work that I could come to the salon to get them fixed, and the salon refused to fix the broken nails without charging me I reminded them that I’ve been coming here for years and I always get the exact same styled set-and that they’ve never come off this quickly. I have to be honest, I absolutely love this place, and they are so accommodating! I will admit that I tend to give them a hard time especially when it comes to getting the design that I want done on my nails but they always nail it, pun intended. I've been here three times already, and every time I always leave happy. I don't know his name, but the male nail tech really knows what he's doing, and I know I probably drive him crazy with my wild request but he still gets it done and this time I am beyond thrilled with the results. Thank you all so much, and I will be back. I just hope that when old dude sees me coming he doesn't run or go hide in the back 😭♥️🤣

This store was recommended by my friend. It’s in-demand and you can see based on the long lines. Aside that they’re good, the experience comes with drink (boba or coffee) and a massage chair. I had my callus removed but she didnt remove entirely. All in all, great service.

I am in shock of the amazing service and prices. Great ambience. The staff is so professional. My nails are the best they have looked in a long time. Too bad they are in LA and not Chicago 😕
