I think I’ve found my new favourite hairstylist! I came in for knotless braids and I am so pleased with how they look!! The space was super cute and welcoming and Kianna braided very gently Setting an appointment with her and communicating was easy and she was also super helpful! Will definitely be back for my next styling 🙌🏾✨✨✨

For my first experience at a braiding salon, Kianna knocked my first visit out of the park. She and I discussed how the braids should be and I trusted her vision over mine. She did not disappoint y'all. My hair turned out amazing, like I've had it this way my entire life. I will be returning.

The environment at this studio is very calm and welcoming. I felt very at ease even though it was my first time getting braids and also my first time ever seeing Kianna. She was very kind and super gentle handed, nothing hurt and her work ended up being FLAWLESS. She’s so open to whatever you want and she replicates it perfectly with no sweat. Even if nobody was talking, it didn’t feel awkward. I felt very welcomed and I’ll be going back. 100% recommend her to anybody in the area looking to get their hair done. Her quality in every area is pretty unmatched.

Quality By Kianna did an amazing job on my stitch braids! She was very professional from start to finish, and the environment was super nice and comfortable. Was recommended to me by a couple people and I will also recommend you to book here. I got two strand twists and they turned out exactly how I wanted them to be. I had gone to a different salon the weekend prior and had to immediately take out what they did because it wasn’t like the reference photo and they were too tight which damages your hair. When I booked here with Kianna, I had messaged her what I wanted beforehand and also showed her how I didn’t want it to turn out. Her communication was great and she replies very quickly (almost instantly a couple times). The environment is really nice and clean, there was the TV in the background in case you don’t want to sit in silence as well as a fan so you can sit comfortably.
