Quality Haircuts

Tucked away in a corner, this shop is really good. Have been coming here for a while with my son for haircuts. This shop has a relaxing homely feeling. Haircuts are really good and fits our expectations.

Quality Inn Hair Salon - a name that promises excellence but delivers the opposite. “Quality Inn” suggests care, skill, and professionalism. The reality is “quality” never even arrived here. The owner and main hairdresser is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She comes in late as if punctuality isn’t part of her job, then takes an excessive amount of time once she finally starts — dragging out appointments without care or focus. Worse, she doesn’t listen to customers and seems to do whatever she wants instead of what you asked for. appointment were severely messed up. The result was uneven, poorly done, and showed a lack of basic skill and attention. Save your time, money, and hair. Go somewhere that actually lives up to its name.

Tiffany is the GOAT! Been getting my haircut here since I moved to San Ramon 11 years ago and glad I found it. Since Tiffany took over a few years ago this place is even better than it was before! Love seeing small businesses succeed!

I have been getting my haircut there for years - since they opened. Helen was the previous owner and she was super nice. Recently she sold the shop to Tiffany. Tiffany has kept the same great standards and customer service as Helen. I live in Concord, but I am happy to drive to San Ramon to get my haircut at Quality Haircuts. For the others who discuss appointments, they do not take appointments. Your name goes in a queue.

My husband and 4 year old daughter both got haircuts, and they did an amazing job! It's not easy to cut a four year old's hair but she had so much patience with her, and we love the cut! This is definitely our new place.
