If you're needing a getaway or just to be spoiled in relaxation, this is the place!! I came into the Quantum wellness center a few months back for a tour with Jeremy and the space was soo beautiful. Extremely thought out down to every detail, not only for the calming esthetics and visuals of the space, but also the services that they offer and the overall experience their guests get to go through. I ended coming back a few months later with friends to try out their yoga class and cold plunge session and wowww. I haven't felt this relaxed and yet revived for a long time. Loraine gave a beautiful yoga session in their beautiful zen space with quarts floor. My time at the Quantum Wellness Spa was nothing short of rejuvenating and grounding! From the moment you walk in, you truly feel invited. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the sauna room followed by a cold plunge. The aesthetic of the entire place is calming, clean, and beautiful. After the cold plunge, I rinsed off using their showers with full amenities. I was fortunate enough to take part in breathwork and meditation in their Earth Room, which has an entire quartz floor that's deeply rooted to the earth and illuminates from the ground up – it's a magical experience. My first experience at Quantum Spa was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the space felt intentional, calm, elevated, and designed to support true restoration. Every detail is curated in a way that allows your nervous system to settle and your body to genuinely recharge. As someone who trains consistently and prioritizes recovery as part of my lifestyle, I’m very particular about wellness spaces. Quantum stood out not as an escape, but as a refinement of the way I already care for my body. The therapies felt purposeful, grounding, and aligned with longevity rather than quick fixes. Quantum Wellness Spa is an amazing place! The entire staff was super nice and welcoming - especially Matt, Alex and Tristan. I booked an appointment for the dry float tank, but it wasn't available so I tried the quantum energy wellness bed and it was relaxing. I then decided to see Dr. Sheikh because I've been having problems with my lower back. He was amazing and really explained and helped me feel better by the end of the session. It included chiro, suction cups, stretching and some machine work. I also got a chance to do the cold plunge and check out the sauna. What was originally a 1 hour session ended up with me being there all afternoon! I'll definitely be back for more!

When you live in such a big busy city and you’re always on the go, you sometimes forget to stop and take a moment to yourself, to come back to self. Quantum Spa offers just that, a place to be grounded. With so much to offer, from massages, breathing and stretching sessions, cold plunge and sauna on the biggest rooftop in the northern hemisphere- it’s stepping out of the city right rush while still being in the city. It’s also conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles- downtown! I would 100percent recommend Quantum especially with the prices - it makes it so accessible to everyone.
