So my daughter decided to go to this shop again after I told her not to. And these are the results. The first time was when she was 13. She got kitchen cornrows then and thought it was a waste of money. She's now 16 and $160 less with Ceily braids. I'm so disappointed in these braids. So I decided to contact the number listed, and the owner, I guess, states that she could come back and have them redone or another hairstyle for free. Today is Friday June 27th and we asked about availability on June 30th to have them redone because I have to work. She states that she's in Africa and would not be coming back for 3 weeks and that there are different workers in the shop who didn't do the work that's listed on Instagram. It's just false advertising or they took advantage of my daughter she's 16

A bit higher in price compared to some, but the styles last and look perfect, and my baby girl got her 4c hair done in something manageable while I waited (free). That was so sweet. Truly get what you paid for.

I got my Faux locs done here and told the stylists I wasn’t satisfied with the style before I left and questioned the length for the price I paid she didn’t want to fix it or come up with a solution and when I asked to speak to the owner she is impersonating the owner. My hair is coming out from the root.and the locs started untwisting the same day they are different sizes . I have been here multiple times and this by far is the worst experience ever

Very pleasant and great customer service. They were able to fit me in the same day. Both times I went I wasn’t there long 4 hours tops.

I got my hair done this past week, and one of the braiders made very rude comments about my Type 4C hair being very difficult to work with while also charging me a $20 detangling fee when the manager wasn’t present. I’ve gotten my hair done from numerous salons and I’ve never had anyone make a comment about my hair especially from a black establishment. I tried addressing the matter with the manager over the phone, but whenever I asked for her they would just hang up or ask if I wanted to make an appointment. They do great hair, but I wouldn’t come back because those comments made me very uncomfortable. Will not be recommending!
