Queen Ann Nails & Day Spa

I do not recommend this place at all. There is no sense of management there. We had an appointment at a scheduled time at 1pm. We didn’t leave until 4pm. We nails looked rush through and not detailed. You can see a blue tint through my hot pink nails… there is also paint on my cuticles and my skin. My big toe was messed up so I asked the girl to re-do it. She did one coat and walked away. She never came back for 20 minutes so I had to finish painting my nail. She had me pay and tip before she was finished with me as well….. Please avoid this place. Please visit Modena or Glitzy in Diberville!

So I got a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. And im not impressed. The gel pedicure has already started to peel and the dip manicure looks absolutely horrible. My manicure looks rushed and poorly done. I will not be going back.

Run don’t walk here!!!! This place is so amazing. I got a mani, pedi and head/scalp spa. OMG the lady was amazing!!!! The entire time she was so sweet, kind and very friendly. She made me feel so comfortable during the head/scalp spa treatment. I wish I lived here because this would definitely be my go to place.

1 star rating is too high for the service and quality of work. I called at 11 to schedule a 1:00 with Mia. After waiting 40 minutes they give me another nail tech who was the owner and did a horrific manicure. 2 hours later from them soaking off horrific polish while using drills on my natural nail bed, I paid for a manicure and left with no polished nails and poorly shaped nails. The two men argued with me and tried to explain this is how things work in a construction business owners very rude and did not care.

I got my nails done on a Sunday a couple times first time full set with gel polish & pedicure with gel polish I went back recently for a fill with regular polish a week and two days ago. When walking out I asked why I was charged a soak off fee and fill because they drilled off my top coat with a drill which is required for a fill.the lady at the register told me it was a charge for the tools used… crazy but I just went on and made a decision to not return again. Although , the ladies working have always been nice and accommodating. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years, religiously. I had lifting after a week and decided to remove tonight. It’s taken an hour and a half so far on one hand and I still can’t remove it all. This is definitely MMA and not regulated EMA monomer. If
