My hair was started upon my arrival with minimal wait. Rose as well as all other stylist were very professional when working with customers. They consistently checked to ensure you were getting the desired style and look you asked for. My hair was completed within the timeframe promised. They do accept walk-ins but I would suggest scheduling an appointment as these ladies stayed busy the entire time I was there. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your natural hair needs. I've been to this shop several times because the braiding is really well done—neat, long-lasting, and worth the price. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The women working there, including the owner, can be very rude and unprofessional. If you speak up or ask for something specific, be prepared—they might start talking about you in French, assuming you won't understand. I definitely not be back.

What an amazing group of ladies! This was my first time getting braids (box braids) and this was the first salon I chose because of their excellent reviews. They were so much fun and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Bola, my braid expert, did a perfect job. Even after 8 1/2 hours, she made sure it looked great and that I was happy. I would definitely recommend the salon and will go back again, next time for silver/gray braids. Thank you so much Miss Queen B, Bola and Maya for the fun day yesterday! The ladies were positive and professional. I felt welcomed upon my entrance. I am tender headed and my braid was informed of this. Usually my scalp is extremely sore with in the first few hours, but this is very mild compared to other braid shops I have patronage. I will most definitely be back. I love my hair!

I highly recommend this place! The whole staff was friendly. They gave me exactly what I wanted and Aisha is amazing. I love this place.
