I’ve given this business chance after chance. I’m always stuck waiting for a scheduled appointment. This time since they have a booking site, I’d figured it would be better. I booked my appointment online and got to the place of business a little early and waited in my car until my 10am appointment. I walked in and it’s a lady sleep on the chair. She gets up and says “you’re here for the knotless braids” I said “no” I’m here for the 6 feed in braids I booked online. She gets on the phone and talks to the owner, gets off and says “I don’t know how to do feed in cornrow braids and the owner can’t come because she’s sick”. So I said “you all are letting people book online and don’t have people here to do the work? I said why didn’t she just call and let me know she was sick at least?” I just

I requested a bohemian knotless bob and I was serviced by Nina. Great experience overall! She listened to my requests and made sure that sizing and length were to my liking. She was very kind! I fell asleep a few times and apologized and she laughed and said I was fine, and that she understands. We shared great conversation as well. I did return the next day to get my hair re dipped because I still had some stiffness towards the top of my braids and she assisted me no problem. Everyone there makes sure you are satisfied and that goes a long ways with me! Thank you so much Nina!!

One word describes my experience at this place…….HORRIBLE! They will quadruple book and only have 2 Braiders . They play musical chairs braiding lil by lil everyone’s hair. It was so crazy, I told the lady to just finish the first woman’s hair cause the back and forth made them slower. Our appointment was at 9am, the Braider was late. We didn’t leave til quarter to 7. I was too thru! I only went to them because my original Braider was on vacation. I will never cheat on her again with any other braiding salon. And to make things worst, my step daughter said the women braiding her hair scratched her under pits, and continued braiding. Didn’t wash her hands , just kept braiding. My first and absolute last time going to that salon.

If you don't have patience (like me) I do not recommend. I started getting my hair braided at 11:00am , and didn't get done until 7:50pm . By far the longest time I've ever spent in a braiding shop. I love my hair, but I will NOT be back.

Never again will I come back to this place!!! Don’t get me wrong, I had went to get knotless and my braids are cute ash but I was in there for almost 9 1/2 hours!! I got there at 1:45 in the afternoon didn’t get in the chair till 3:03 and walked out at exactly 10:00 at night. Never have I spent 7 hours to get my hair done. That ridiculous!! I give them 3 stars for my braids being so cute but the service was horrible!! I always tip after I get my hair braided but not last night. I won’t be coming back 🤷🏾‍♀️
