Sofia did did an amazing job on my nails I’m a very picky client my hands is how I work and make my money and she always does such a superb job. I would recommend her 10 out of 10.

Queen Nails & Spa is fabulous. They are absolutely amazing. I love Jolie. I have been going to her since May. She does a phenomenal job. She always takes her time and pays attention to detail. My nails look better than the inspiration pics I bring in and show her when she’s done.

Will not recommend this place. Had a 12:45 appointment and did not get seen until close to 1:30. Had 1 person take nail polish off and another to do fillin and polish. They were not focusing on me. The person doing my fillin was watch some video on his phone. Did not give me the vibe that they even cared. Asked about a certain color and they immediately said they did not have without even checking. Not sure why the experience was bad but I will not be back and will not recommend Queen Nails.

I visited Queen nail and Spa today for an mani/pedi and was very disappointed with my manicure. I usually just get clear polish, not gel however it was suggested to try gel polish by the nail tech. I noticed when they were complete that the polish was very discolored and blotchy looking. I brought it to a tech’s attention and requested that they be fixed. The solution was to put a coat of clear top coat and was asked if that was better. I asked for the polish to be removed and to be credited the 15.00 I paid for the gel as it was clear there was an issue with it. They removed the gel with multiple wounds to my cuticles .They then said they wouldn’t reimburse 15.00 but only 10.00 as they had to charge me 5.00 for removing the gel polish. I spoke to the attendant and she called someone and t
