Queen Nails and Spa

Absolutely love! Second time here and I think I found my new salon!❤️ Service is amazing!

I get there and was told there was no wait- the receptionist pointed me to the place I was supposed to sit. When I got there- I noticed the seat was disgusting and there were nails in the foot spa. When I asked if they changed it in between clients- I didn’t get a response- they just changed it. I already felt icky and when I looked around it didn’t help me feel better about their sanitation practices. I did not get a pedicure but did get my gel removed and she was very attentive… although the manicure station had about the same cleanliness as the foot spa. As she removed the gel- I noticed after one lady finished her pedicure- they just dumped the water and replaced the blue thing. So they do not change the plastic covers between clients. Nothing short of amazing. Had the $65 pedicure, heated neck roll and heated eye mask; hot rocks along with milk and steam on legs. My husband liked better than anywhere else. Above and beyond!
