Queen Nails

I went in Thursday morning and got a full set and pedicure. The paint job was bad and the guy had an attitude when I asked him to fix my polish. I had to leave so I can back on my next day off which was Saturday to see if I could get the polish fixed then. First off he asked me what I did to my nails and I told him nothing that HE messed them up. He then told me it was because of the color I picked and I needed to pick a different one. I picked another one and sat down. He took all the polish off and started painting my nails and as soon as he painted the first one I already knew he was going to mess them up again. Horrible service!!! What I asked for wasn’t what I received. The lady doing my nails stopped in the middle of my service to do someone eyebrows. So I walked out. Very unprofessional and tried to talk trash.

I paid $15 to take my acrylic nails off and acetone was not used. I had a cuticle nail pusher and nail clipper used to remove my nails, roughly and painfully. I told my nail tech about the pain and the roughness, as well as acetone not being used. She was nonchalant and didn’t care. I’m most definitely not ever coming back! Worst Customer Service!!!!!

Definitely will go back ... Amy was absolutely amazing done my nails exactly what I wanted and less than $50 ... Her and Tom was very friendly too..

I always get the manicure and pedicure with gel. It's relaxing and affordable. I like being able to get in and out in a timely manner and with exceptional quality.
