Queen Nails

My wife called to schedule a simple nail painting appointment for our 3-year-old daughter on her birthday. Unfortunately, the person who answered was very rude and made it seem like we were wasting her time. The call lasted less than a minute, and we weren’t given any helpful information. Basic questions were met with attitude, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. I may be biased as her dad, but we were just trying to arrange a small birthday experience for our little girl’s first nail painting. It was disappointing. Just try to be better.

This salon has my heart. they are kind, efficient and top notch quality. Many of the techs are able to do most designs and ideas you being in and if something is wrong with your nails they will fix it no problem! I seriously love them and have been going since 2007.

I highly recommend queen nails. I have been going here on and off since I was in high school. The salon was good before but even better since Nancy took over. I don't have a regular tech. I try to drop in for fills when I can fit it in my day. I always try to call ahead and they usually find the time that day or the next. All the techs do a great job.

We had room 207. The biggest room in the entire Resort. 1 bedroom, two baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The views were spectacular, and unlike the bed and breakfast facilities that are all around Door County, we felt very at home in our private room. Facilities are great, the restaurant and bar serve great food and have great service. Bret was our favorite. The one and only downside is the 10-minute drive to Sturgeon Bay. Other than that, highly recommend.

Asked for almond shaped French acrylics with the ring fingers being hearts and gems. Not only are these nails nowhere near matching in shape, but the statement nails are way too short and way too round to be almond. The lines of the French are also extremely rushed and not equal. Definitely felt like she was just trying to get me out of there as fast she could. I love this place so I will go back but just disappointed in how poorly they were done:(
