Queen Nails & Hair

Ugly awful presentation I walked in they checked me out first then finally give it a min or two before answering my question. Queen nails and theu don't do nails???! Only mani pedi pffff!!! Walked out no business like that deserves my hard earned money

It’s my ist time to go to this hair salon and when the lady started doing my hair for a hair root and highlights she asks me if will I pay cash or credit card and since they have this sign in the cashier area that they will only accept credit card payment if it’s above $30.00 with a 2% charge and reading that I believed that mode of payment was not going to be a problem but the lady doing my hair said “ go to your bank and get money” I kept my silence for the sake of my hair not being messed up for that reason and when I went to pay to the cashier table to use my card she said the boss is not here and we all know that they should always have someone managing if the boss is not around and I felt bad coz it was forcing me to pay them when every establishment has a portable machine for card

I asked if thr lady could make them skinnier/narrow and she got upset, I wanted coffin top. There's so much crust around my nails im not satisfied

This place is absolutely disgusting, I would leave 0 stars if I could. First, they acted like we had put them out for showing up “10 minutes before closing” and it was 5:30pm on a Saturday… and they rushed us out as soon as they finished, so we couldn’t even process what was going on, to realize that they had not only overcharged my friend, but they also left huge gouges in the acrylic on both of our nails, and didn’t even bother to fix them while they were working… claiming that the “polish would fill it in.” But that’s not even the worst of the experience… When I went to sit at the table, not only did the tech not change the towel that was down on the table, but I don’t think she even washed her hands. I've been coming here for 15 years and have never been so unhappy with the service. I left totally unhappy and unsatisfied with my hair color. The hair stylist did nothing to fix it and only stated, she'd charge me more to fix it, after already charging me for the damage she did to my hair. The owner was there and did nothing to mitigate the situation. I usually get Mani-pedis there, by Lisa and she does a great job. I've gotten my hair done before, but never had a bad experience. But now they lost a loyal customer and I don't plan on returning. There are obvious communication and execution problems. I would not recommend coming here, especially since they will not try to make sure you're happy with the work they did.
