Queen Nails

Only giving two stars because Ana did a great job on my pedicure. A guy did my nails. He was suppose to be doing me an overlay fill. They were ho nail job just looked rushed. He kept making my nails shorter and shorter trying to get them straight. No one could help me. The owner was gone so he couldn’t help me. They just treated me so rudely. I come here all the time and I tip but I will now be trying to find me a new shop who appreciates loyal customers. Also they always start speaking in their language so I can’t understand what they are saying and giving me nasty looks. Everyone is just rude. Don’t care about the customers.

Horrible experience this past Saturday. I never experience such rudeness and a form of prejudice ever up front like this. When waiting to get my eyebrows done Nan one of the eyebrow techs in the back of the nail salon. She started talking about myself and another customer in their language and looking at both of us while refusing to do my eyebrows for no reason. She switched her language back to English and started verbally attaching the other waiting customer and then tried to start on me as I was up front paying. This is not the first time that I have witness Nan being disrespectful to a person of color even when she is providing the service to them.

Queen Nails!! Queen nails! Queen nails!! I have found my home!!! Tien’s grace blessed me and my mom as soon as we came thru the door. On top of her eating my eyebrows n lashes DOWN!!!! Jason also did an awesome job on my natural nails. Thank you again!! Yall better come get some of this!!!!

This is my new place to go for my nails and my toes. Jason is my favorite nail tech. My nails can be short, medium or long. Jason going to do it every time for me.. David is good he is number six and number five is really good too. I just don't know her name.

Horrible service yesterday i went here to get my toes done for my birthday and i got something simple white full set. They charged me $90 for full gel he rushed the whole time i kept expressing what i wanted he did not care to listen my toes look like teeth and they’re thick uneven . I also got my niece toes just painted for $15 that outrageous just for them painted nothing else i can do nothing but cry. I also noticed that every time i said something they spoke in their language and staring at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. The guy who did my service was john.
