Queen Nails

I really hope this was just a genuine misunderstanding. TLDR: Left with a mess after gel manicure removal. I had acrylic nails with a gel manicure applied last Sunday, but I wasn’t liking them and there were some gaps already forming between the my natural nail, so I wanted them removed. Everything I read said to get this done professionally, so even though it seemed to me like I could do it myself, I went in to Queen Nails. I asked for the removal and a manicure to transition to my natural nails - apply a nail strengthener or whatever to help my natural nails recover. This was met with a confused expression, but I was seated at a station and my nails were examined. I explained again what I wanted: my natural nails, remove the acrylics. The removal involved repeatedly soaking in aceton

I love coming to this nail salon. The staff is always friendly & accommodating to my "nail needs". I also get a full face wax done here & they are the only salon that I have went to & has actually done my entire face without missing any spots on my face. They also waxed off the sideburns on my face when the previous nail salons that I've been to don't do. I'm definitely a customer for life.

Kim, I got my times mixed up and I showed up early. She accepted me with welcome arms and got right to work. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She showed up and showed out. Her precision was on point. In my picture is my hand and my inspiration pic.

Had my nails done on Sunday had 2 of them chip polish off on Monday. I’m a student so not doing anything more than studying and dishes. Had those repaired on Tue, by Saturday I had another one chip and then this morning Sunday 1 week since getting them done I have 2 more chipping. I had to pay $65 for this gel manicure it should last at least 3 weeks. Would never go back to them. Very dissatisfied

I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure with chrome. Kim did a great job and met my expectations for the price $50. The nail salon was clean and Kim did a great job with nail prep and finishing touches. I also didn’t expect but loved the hand, neck and upper back mini massage at the end. I will go again.
