Queen Nails

On Monday, May 20, 2024, I went to get a pedicure and a manicure. A woman tried to assign me to one of her female workers however, I assisted on the male that always does a good job with my pedicure. She told me it will be a wait for him, and I said that was fine. I have not had a manicure in over two years however, I decided to give him a try. I was also headed on vacation. I decided on a pinkish color given his confirmation that it would cover my dark nails, unfortunately, it did not. When I got home, my nail polish was still not dry. It was very thick and lumpy in some places- just a bad job, but again I was headed on vacation so I decided I would just not return there for my nails, only for my feet. I came to Queen Nails today for an acrylic fill with gel polish. I am EXTREMELY picky with my nails and I can’t even express how happy I am with the service I just received. I had my nails done by Chi and she did beyond perfection for me. She talked to me the whole time and was super sweet. She took genuine care of my nails and did everything so well. The place is extremely clean and the prices are amazing. Like I’m blown away by this salon. I was having trouble deciding what I wanted to do and Chi took time to show me pictures of designs and go through ideas with me. Mind you, they were closing soon. She didn’t have a care in the world that they were supposed to be closing within the hour. She takes genuine care in her work. I am extremely picky with my nails and with salons I go to and I

I did not get my nails done by chi who is the best women to go to here. It took the women like three hours to do this design and I can list the many reasons why my nails were aweful but the staff was very friendly to me and took wonderful care of me

I've been getting my nails done here for about a year. I drive by 30+ salons & make the 3 town drive for Queen nails. This last visit I had an awful experience and will NOT be returning. I get a full set of acrylic nails. Within a day of getting them done (for the gender reveal party of my 1st grandchild) my nails started to fall off. I lost 1 while tying my shoes, 1 while opening a refrigerator door and I even woke up missing a nail which I found in my bed. I always pay full price, tip well and until recently raved about the service. I contacted them Within 48 hours and was told I would have to pay more money to have them repaired. Nope, not going to happen. I will never use their services again.

I seem to have had the same exact experience as the recent review from Madison. My nails have never looked worse… it’s embarrassing. Nails uneven, cuticles cut and sore, bleeding, and terrible paint/design. At least now I know not to return.
