I am 36 years old and have been getting my nails done in Boise and Meridian since I was 15. In over 21 years of visiting countless nail salons, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. From the moment the service started, the nail tech was extremely aggressive with filing and handling my nails. Her demeanor made it clear she either did not want to be there or had zero interest in providing good customer service. I repeatedly explained that I wanted the same set I already had, simple white acrylic with one accent nail design. She rolled her eyes and acted annoyed, as if my request was unreasonable, even though it was my preference and what I was paying for. I had called several hours in advance to confirm availability specifically so I would not be adding stress to their work

I just tried Queen Nails off State st yesterday after my friend recommended them to me. This place is a hidden gem. Excellent prices for great service! I have noticed a trend at most nail salons recently that when you get a manicure whether it is regular, acrylic, fill, etc they have stopped trimming cuticles and giving your hand a massage with some lotion after your nails are finished. Queen Nails is not one of them. Not only are my nails healthier and prettier than they have been in a long time after doing acrylic overlay to help with growth, but my manicurist suggested I try their newer Polygel instead as it is less harsh and just as durable. I just went to Queen Nails this morning with a friend and we had the best experience! Ann is the one who did my nails and she did such a phenomenal job! Very high quality and amazing service!!

I started going to Queen Nails a few years ago for pedicures here and there. I’ve only had one sub par pedicure in that time and it’s just a different style from other techs. As far as acrylics and nail designs and full sets and fills, I have nothing but praise for Bee and Anh! Once you become a regular and get in the rhythm with your person, you won’t go anywhere else. Bee’s work is straight up perfection and she always makes sure you like what she is doing in the process. I have never been disappointed by her work in the year that I have started getting acrylics done again. I get gel, designs, chrome, ombre French, she can do it all. I had an amazing experience at Queen Nails Beauty with Ann! I used to always get acrylics, but Ann recommended that I try poly gel, and I’m so glad I did. I absolutely love it! It’s been three weeks, and my nails still look perfect—no lifting at all! The quality of her work is top-notch, and she’s so gentle and detail-oriented.I also got a pedicure from Daina and Queen, and they did an amazing job! My feet feel so soft, and the polish looks flawless. The whole experience was relaxing and professional.I’ll definitely be coming back.
