I’ve come to this place for 4 months numerous of times. She does great work but the customer service is terrible. I got my hair done by her last Saturday. Literally the same night my hair started to itch really bad. I didn’t put anything in it there wasn’t a need too I’ve been putting my bonnet on and taking it off during the day. Same thing I do all the time. On my sons birthday this past Sunday I started noticing braids hanging from not being secure. One even came off I text her about the itchiness and the braid and instead of giving me advice on how to stop the itchiness (which another stylists had too) she gets defensive and says she’s never had that complaint before. It shouldn’t matter you’re getting the compliant now. She said she would fix my one braid however I’m very busy during

Princess and her stylists are the best! Professional and great customer service. This was my first time getting my hair braided and visiting this salon and i guarantee you, I will be back ! I showed Princess the look I wanted to achieve and she surpassed my expectations, I love my braids. I have had them in for about a month now and they still look great, I get compliments all the time. Great service. Very kind woman. Her braid work is very well detailed every braid is the same size, every part is the same shape. The braids were not putting too tight. Beautiful job :). Even when I first called and asked for pricing she took the time to look through pictures so no surprises. I will continue to do business with this braiding shop

Princess is very professional and accommodating. What I enjoy most is her precision and ability to listen to her customer. She is the only braider that does not damage my edges. By request she is light around my edges and doesn't attempt to braid my eyebrows! I'm so grateful I found her and Grace. I have been going to her for years and will continue!
