A Heavenly Experience Every Time ✨ From the moment you step into Queens Nails at 1365 East Osceola Parkway, you feel the stress begin to melt away. Melissa and her team create an atmosphere that is nothing short of professional and amazing. During my recent visit, I enjoyed a manicure tailored perfectly to my needs, followed by one of the most relaxing pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. The herbal foot soak, heated neck pillow, and warm herbal mittens were divine — soothing not only my body but easing the tension in my hands. The sea salt scrub left my feet silky smooth, and the mint steam foot massage with warm towel wraps was pure bliss. She finished with a warm scented oil massage that was simply heavenly. My second time here. First time was a better experience. This time two days later my nails begin chipping. I'm more upset about the color/ clear coat coming off than the fact you guys made me bleed while taking off the old set. They could have used a couple more coats and why not use acetone to take nails off? Idk if will be returning.

Love it here ! This was my 1st time here and they were so welcoming. They have the best massage chairs put me right to sleep. I asked the woman to redo my color and she did it with pleasure! 10 stars if I could! They also offered me water and made sure I liked what I was getting

I have never been more frustrated. I went to the store to get my nails and toes done. After spending about 4 hours everything turned out to be awful. As included in the picture below all the nails are not symmetrical and they do not align together at all!!! I have asked the guy who was working on them to fix them and he kept making excuses and responding in a very unprofessional way. This is by far my worst experience ever and I will not be going to them again and I do not recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of both money and time.

Very unprofessional. $40 for manicure gel w acrylic. No gentle touch, they just want to get u out of there as quickly as possible -even when there is nobody in there- Do not even cut cuticles or clean nails 1st. At least nails looks decent but like a bubble if from the front
