Queen's Nails

The website clearly says they close at 6. I walked in at 5 to only do gel polish on my natural nails. The lady was really nice and asked me what I’d like. The man was extremely rude and yelled at me that they weren’t taking anymore customers today. They only had two customers almost finished getting their nails done. There was no reason to turn my business away and in such an abrupt and rude way.

It was nice to see them pull the instruments out of the sterilizer. The dipped nails are great. Lots of colors. The couple that works there is so sweet (Unlike most places where they don't speak to you). Very friendly and fun environment. They have a new customer!!

Every time you go here, they always have an excuse to providing services. Either they're short handed, only doing real nails, or they not putting on fake nails today. What nail shop doesn't do nails everyday? If you're short handed, then hire some people. Other nail shops have different people and their family working to get the job done. I'm starting to believe that this place is racist and they only want business from certain type of people. Everything you enter inside, it's only Caucasian people. They need to close down if they can't provide service for everyone or take their signs down cause their promoting false advertising if you're not providing the services you say you are.

absolutely love this salon and would recommend it to anyone. they take there time and make sure your nails are perfect. I go here every time

Great place to have your nails done. The only place I have my nails done in West Monroe! They are the best! Very clean salon.
