The most terrible service I have ever received, never have I ever experienced such bad service at a nail salon. Customers know what they WANT! I politely asked the lady doing my nails if she can file it sharp because I like my nails short and short, something I have never had an issue getting, she immediately gives me an attitude because I am giving her directions on something she is clearly not doing to my satisfaction. Not only is her skills terrible but her professionalism falls short. She asked me if I wanted to file my own nails because I asked her to not curve the corners. Excellent service. I came in with my mom and sister for mani-pedis with gel. We weren't rushed, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the price point was just right. Our nails all look great and my feet look much better.

I went in with nails already on and they didn’t take them off. They just started putting new stuff on top of the old nails. They didn’t clean inside my nails and on top of that I was bleeding every time she was cutting something around my nail this place is the worst place you can ever go to And they’re so rude. They won’t listen to you at all. They just do whatever they want.

I decided to give this place a chance because my friend recommended them. We went in and there was just 4 techs available. Went in for a pedi and refill and noticed that they may have not had hot water because they kept bringing hot kettles back and forth to the pedi station tech had me place my feet in HOT water and noticed no bubbles just plain water. When it was time to get my refill the tech had me wash my hands when I turned around noticed that she moved my belongings without telling me and sat another client in my chair at that moment I just wanted to walk outta there . She told me she will be right with me and I told her I'm all set. Walked out that shop with plain nails smh. Had to go to a different shop to get my refill redone they stated that the acrylic was lifting and that wher

I have been a on and off customer here for years due to the inconsistency of the techs they have. I started going back and received great service from one of the newer technicians there. After a few times of me seeing the tech I liked, they had me see one of the techs thats been there a long time. I did not like her service at all. I didn’t like the shaping of my natural nails & feet to the way she painted them. She messed up one of my nails & went to service someone else. While she was servicing another client the tech I liked fixed my nail. When she seen the tech fixing my nail she got offended and words were exchanged between them but in their language so I don’t know what words were exchanged. 2 weeks later I called in and requested the tech I liked by name & they guaranteed me she’d b
