Came in during slow hours and my nail tech was doing amazing. She cared about not pinching me or making me bleed, and the shape of my nails were phenomenal. However, after some people came in, she started rushing and the nail color and the lines became uneven, not fully colored, and just not worth what I paid for.. I am very disappointed to be getting this before the holidays..

I gave 3 stars because they took me in right away without having an appt. For that I'm grateful. Time was of the essence and my regular spot was booked. My overall experience was pleasant with the exception of product I received. The nail tech was nice and accommodating. But when somethings not right and you know it's not right, don't try to play it off. Admit to it and offer to correct it. It's all about the customer's satisfaction. My issue is the color of the dip and the design on the nail. I came in with a dark blue dip with a design. I told her I wanted a dark blue dip. She gave me the color samples and I found the perfect dark blue. I showed her the design, but it was too difficult for her, so I made it simple and she agreed 'no problem'. Fantastic service!! Very clean and beautiful layout. Top quality results. I really enjoy spending time at R Nail Spa. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I first came as a walk-in for a pedi and dip mani and they attended to me right away. I made an appointment for two weeks later, and I was attended to as soon as I arrived. They have a huge color selection for dip powder, gel polish, and standard polish. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming here for several years because I’ve found that whenever I get my nails done they look great. I went today and I have to say it was my best experience so far. I don’t know the technicians name but she’s younger and so sweet. I struggle with social anxiety and she actually made me feel so comfortable getting my nails done and was so fun to chat with. Totally boosted my nail salon experience. Not to mention that she did an amazing job on my full set acrylics with French tips. While all the ladies here do amazing work, I have never felt more at ease and comfortable having my nails done than with this specific nail tech. Highly recommend and am so happy with my experience.
