I’ve been going to this franchise for a decade before they closed the La Cañada location. Originally my injector was Esther then in recent years it’s been Gigi and this last time it was Justine. This was my 1st time getting filler & neurotoxin at the same time so in the future I might keep the treatments separate bc it’s too much to remember. Justine did a great job with the injectables—just ask about the areas on-file from previous treatments. She will also recommend new areas if appropriate. In this economy, you want a MedSpa that values loyalty and as a decade-long client I’m glad they value me.

I wait for a month to see full results with the Botox treatment I got before posting this review the staff is very friendly , The place is nice and clean no complaints about it but the big issue is that my right eyebrow is higher than my left one and the wrinkles on my forehead are still very noticeable . My eyebrows look weird and I feel very uncomfortable and ripped off at the same time, I waste very good amount of money on this treatment, unfortunately I can’t go back and complain or ask for a fix because I live in a different state, I I was visiting friends and Family in Pasadena and decided to get a Botox refresh hoping for good results , wrong I just got ripped and botched, now I’m just waiting for the Botox to wear off and look for a different provider if I decide getting Boto

I called to get some information as to what type of cellulite treatment they have to offer, and was blessed when Kathy answered the phone. I could tell that she was very sincere and really eager to help me and not try to sell me something I did not need. She offered for me to come in and have me looked at so we could discuss it in more detail. As soon as I walked into this place I knew I was at the right place. A very handsome man , by the name of Roger greeted me as I entered. He was very welcoming and handed me their holiday specials which offered," come in for a consultation , you get a free microdermabration". Who offers things like that just for a consultation? Amazing place that is reasonably priced, always has availability and is extremely friendly. It's hard to find one with all three. Oh also they have amazing parking. Right in front of the building. The injectors are super talented. I moved down to San Diego but I am still going up to Pasadena for my Botox because this place is amazing.

Radiance med spa is amazing in so many ways. Not only is the staff super friendly, accommodating and efficient, the treatments are always exceeding my expectations. I am Truly happy in every way at Radiance. Roger at the front desk is so polite, funny and welcoming, and Gigi has been doing my Botox for years, as well as other treatments. She’s the absolute best!
