Radiant Nail and Spa

This was my first visit. When I called to make the appointment, I initially got a voicemail, but received a call back very quickly. I arrived early to my appointment and they were able to take me early. I had a dip manicure, including removal of previous dip mani. The shape was excellent and what I asked for, the color selection was great, my nails don’t look super thick, and the service was FAST. In and out in an hour. It is a no frills salon but I got what I wanted and paid an extremely reasonable price.

I absolutely LOVE my nail salon! I never committed to just one place until I found Radiant and Kelly about 3 years ago. Her and her husband are so kind to me (and even my daughters) every time I visit. Kelly’s nail designs are beautiful and I love her attention to detail around my cuticles and clean up underneath my nails. Pedicures are just the same, beautiful and clean! Any of the women in there can do my pedi on any given day. I definitely recommend this salon! P.S. My nails had grown out in the pic but I’m posting so you can see the design😂

This is a lovely family owned establishment. I love chatting with Kelly and her young daughters who are sometimes in the shop. I am not sure why poor reviews were left. I’ve come many times, usually for the classic pedicure with gel, and brought family and friends who all had good experiences. Some of the staff have a slight language barrier, but nothing a little patience won’t solve. Kelly, her more reserved husband, or Li and Colin can usually resolve any confusion. There is no pressure to get an upgrade, only confirmation of what the customer wants. I love seeing the garden displays Tahn creates, and it is a very clean establishment. Please give Radiant Nail and Spa a try and don’t be scared of the odd rating right now. They’re the best!

The staff are rude, greedy, irrational, and cannot perform a simple gel polish. If you want to pay for poor work visit this salon if not there are literally hundreds of salons within 5 miles of this place. Do not waste your money or time. I went here for a simple gel nail polish before a vacation and twelve hours later my nail was chipped. What a disaster! Not to mention I called the very next day to share the mishap with the business and requested that my nail be fixed when I returned home. The business owner said they cannot lose money by fixing my nail when I return from vacation in two weeks. Oh but get this they repair single gel nails for free? Wait what?
