Radiant Nails - Tulsa

Would not recommend this place to anyone! I went in to get my nails done since I was already in the mall. The manager or whoever she is glued my nails on and then got up & went to the back to finish her lunch while I waited like 20 minutes for her to come back and finish up my nails. After she had finally come back she nicked my finger several times with the electric file. This other customer came in and demanded her to finish her nails from earlier in the day & instead of having that girl wait, she told me she was going to finish her nails up & again had me waiting. What should have been a 30-45 minute appointment turned into an hour and a half since she felt the need to eat her lunch and let a walk in take priority over me when she was IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY NAILS. not to mention they

Came in for a manicure and polish, was pleased with the price, however I was treated very roughly by a woman who I think is the manager. She barely spoke to me, kept grabbing my hands and putting them where she wanted, again barely speaking a word to me. It was also very rushed, gave me little time to pick out my color. There was another person after me, and it felt as if she wanted to get it over with, and get to the next customer as quickly as possibly.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Me and my mother went in to get our nails done, so we could “treat” ourselves. We looked at the menu pricing and it stated $40, we made sure to ask her to make sure it was correct and she said yes. We continued to sat down and not once but twice we got moved around because the other two “technicians” couldn’t do what we asked for. Which was literally the simplest thing you could get. I wanted square with just regular polish, and my mom wanted coffin shape short with regular polish. In between trying to get our nails done the lady kept making, and answering phone calls literally every 5 mins. If I could give 0 stars I would. My Daughter and I went in to get full sets done. We checked the price and it was $40, we even confirmed this with the lady and she said yes. My daughter wanted just plain square with shellac and I wanted short coffin shape with shellac. The lady moved us around multiple times because the original person she put us with couldn't do what we asked and we both ultimately ended up with the same lady. My daughter she glued her skin to the nail snd gave my daughter solar acrylic and gel which my daughter didn't ask for and I only found this out after I asked her the price. She said 50 and told us what she did after the fact and when I asked why she did that her reply was because my daughter was a mom and it would be better. I wanted short coffin shaped when I ask

Came here with my niece to have a girls day getting our nails done. I had a manicure and my niece opted for an acrylic set. I've had acrylics done before so I knew well enough in advance that I was going to be done first. My nail tech was sweet, kind and gentle. She did an amazing job. My niece on the other hand, experienced the opposite. I assume it's the same lady everyone on here that gave 1 star reviews on, she seems to be the main one who does acrylics. She talked the entire time, not sure to who but the entire time, my niece mention to took personal call on her cell phone!
