I’m not sure if these other review are fake. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a massage spot. Booked an appointment online for me and my friend for 2 60 min massages for 2:30pm. We both have been working hard and our bodies were in pain. We arrive and no one greets us for a few minutes. They come out like they just have been sleeping in the massage rooms. Then they say that we don’t have appointments and I pull up my confirmation and they see it on their books. Next they say they can do 30 mins but in a very rude way, clearly not wanting to work. I explain we took an uber 25 mins to come in and get the 60 mins because we are super sore and in pain, they then tell us we should see a doctor instead. By far the best lash place I’ve found in SF. I always look for naturally long lashes, and most places in SF make me look like I’m heading to a beauty pageant….. I live nearby and decided to give this spot a try one day. I walked out with beautiful and natural looking lashes. Seriously, I got so many compliments from coworkers and friends. With proper care, they last a long time too! This is my third refill, and the results are consistently amazing every time🤍

May is a fantastic lash artist and I’ve been coming back multiple times for refills. She achieves the exact look I want and I’m so happy with my lashes and receive compliments all the time :) she is also very responsive over text and it’s super easy to make an appointment. I make the trek across town just for Rainbow Beauty Spa and highly recommend!!

I got off the cable car and saw this place so I decided to give it a try. It was excellent. The shop was clean and quiet. The massage therapist had great technique. She was thorough and used just the right amount of pressure to release my tension. I left feeling very calm and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need a massage.

Amazing massage by Mia!!! Really got into the knots in my back and checked in throughout to make sure it wasn’t too much. Definitely recommend!
