Rainbow Hand & Nail

This place is really unclean and a waste of money. They ask you to pay before they do your nails and they do absolutely horrible. I’m pissed because even while I was in the chair the lady had the nerve to ask if I was going to tip because I had to literally take the nail file out of her hand and even out my own nails. She didn’t even lay the acrylic right and the nail polish is horrible. This is a simple set. If they can’t do this why would I ever go back. I true

I went to get my nails done for my birthday. The ladies that did both nail and feet were very impatient and not understanding at all ! my nails lasted a half a week before they literally started popping off ! Then then to add on to it my nails were SUPER thin ! My toes lasted two weeks but after the first day my pinky toe and toe next to it the gel polish came off. today 6/12/24 my big toes are now destroyed ! Both big toes have super huge chips on them and these are my NATURAL real toe nails that are now destroyed !

Do not waste your time or money. #1, they are wayyy to expensive compared to other nail shops in the area. And the service is very basic. They charge you extra for everything. My gel fill in ended up being $50 with 2 repairs. My nail shop it is $30 for everything including repairs, minus designs. The lady did a horrible job. Nails crooked, gel crooked. I had her refile my nails 3 times to get them right. Then had the nerve to say "only $50" when it came time to pay. Smh, yeah definitely no tip.Only came here because my regular salon was closed and I had an event. JUST GO ELSEWHERE

I was rushed & when I corrected the manicurist she had a problem. I wanted regular polish not gel she kept insisting I said no I brought my own polish, I pay you, you don't pay me. Then she had a nerve to ask for tip. I have a tip for you look bot ways before crossing the street. Will never go back.

I wish I can give a 0. Do not come here! please go to a salon that have experienced nail techs! I didn't want to bother my regular nail tech being that I only needed 1 nail repaired. What a mistake I made, then they had a nerve to charge 15 dollars for 1 nail repair. Never again. I wish I took a picture of my nail to post but I didn't want that horrible picture in my camera roll. So hideous! No shape, just big and funky. My nail tech is a blessing 🙏🏾.She was able to fix my nail. I vowed to never cheat on her again! Run ladies! RUN!!!
