Rainbow Nails Salon

Unfortunately they are using no name polish instead of standard Essie and OPI. I was skeptical when I saw the polish for non-gel is the free ones they receive that match the gel but I figured maybe it would last. Very wrong. The photos I am posting are about 27 hours after I had them done. Totally unacceptable. I wash my hands but do not otherwise do anything that would cause this . The ladies seemed nice so it’s too bad the owners are buying poor quality products. Terrible terrible

I’ve come here once before and the lady did a great job (granted, the place was empty and she had focused on me), hence the two stars. I’ve also gotten a pedicure here before and that was fine. Other than that, my most recent experience here was horrendous. I don’t even know what to say. They left me sitting there for an hour and a half soaking off the acrylic tips that they themselves put on 4 weeks prior. This is the type of place that says they have room for you when they definitely do not. They also kept having people come in and telling them there was only a 20 minute wait, meanwhile 5 or 6 of us were sitting there since opening almost 2 hours ago. I absolutely love this place! Debbie is hands down the best nail tech ever. Her work is flawless—she’s a true perfectionist who always takes the time to check in and make sure you’re happy with the shape, design, and color. She genuinely values your input and wants you to leave loving your nails. I’ve been a loyal client for over six years, and every single time, she makes my nails look beautiful. I have been going to this salon for 3-4 years, always leaving with beautifully done nails and zero complaints. However, my recent visit left me quite disappointed. I specifically chose this trusted salon for my birthday nails before traveling back to Canada, expecting the usual perfect result. Unfortunately, this time was different. My nails began to turn yellow by the second day, and a decorative butterfly fell off on the same day they were done. This was not the quality I've come to expect from a place I rely on for special occasions.
