Got ring twice for pants and they left one of the skirts I bought out of the bag , I went back 3 days later the cashier told the manager wasn’t at the store to call later to see if she was there ,because the manager jahaira was the only one that could run the cameras back even tho she knew it’s been a few days , and when I called to see if manager was in the store the manager was there and told me she couldn’t run the cameras back because the footage only last 24 hours,so either the manager is lying or most of the employees at this store don’t get train properly or don’t know what they are doing because the worker didn’t even knew camera footage get erase every 24 hours

The manager there has a foul mouth she curses in the sales floor at her staff. Also she and her family member that works there is always standing out front smoking cigarettes. Just unprofessional

I get to Rainbow at 8:13pm & the lights are still on & the doors are locked. The app says you closed at 9pm. Make it make sense!!!!!!

Purchased a pair of jeans in my correct size; attempted to wear them the next day and the zipper was off track. I took the tags off the jeans because I was going to keep them. When I noticed the zipper was off track, I attempted to exchange them with the tags AND the receipt but the manager and the staff stated because tags were off the pants that an exchange wasn’t allowed but they can sale me the new jeans at a discount. Hunny I left both pairs at the register and left. Being that I’ve been a customer of rainbows for more than 20 years, I won’t be returning in store or online. Might as well go out of business like DOTs

Was there to buy my granddaughter a present and I paid it with my card. The cashier was on the phone and I was running late. She was taking to long with her personal phone call I did ask for a recipe and she was still on the phone so I had to leave out a receipt. Went back to day cause she didn't like them and was told they couldn't do anything cause I didn't get the receipt. I think that's wrong. She should have been doing her job instead of taking personal phone call.
