I'm not sure why the review is posting with my husband's name on it, but I have gone to this nail place for years. Anytime. I've done a regular polish change on my toes. It's been an $8 to $10 charge. Which I have happily paid this. Last time when I went in they charged me $30 for a Polish change. I didn't have anything on my toes to begin with. I just needed them painted to match my acrylic set. I called today thinking that I had been overcharged and she told me that was correct. I said I didn't get a pedicure or shellac on my toes. I have never paid that price. It's always been $8 to $10. She said it's $10 more for a pedicure and I said if I would have known that I would have had a pedicure done. Needless to say I will no longer be using this nail salon.

Friendly salon that was a bit busy when I went in. Yesterday was my first time going. The massage chair was completely full body massage from head to bottom and felt amazing! The spa products for the pedicure smelled lovely. And they can do pretty nail art. My nail tech corrected her own design mistakes to make sure everything looked good.

The woman with the Karen hair cut did my little princess nails. Asked for gel and sparkles and the whole works. She didn’t do any of it. Just a quick splash and dap on the nails, looked do sloppy, one evening in the jacuzzi and most of the polish came off.came back the next day to talk about and the lady got angry and mad because I told her she did a bad job. The other nice ladies tried to calm her down and not make a big deal in front of a full shop of people. Definitely won’t come back till she’s gone. At the point willing to give it another try and change the review because the other ladies did seem very nice.

It was my first time in here today but I don't think I'll be back. They were all very nice and provided great service but I struggled with the fact that it took over 2.5 hrs to do a pedicure and full set. I'm use to it only taking about 1.5hrs. I also feel like the prices are a little to high.

Overall experience was good. Ladies were so kind to accommodate my design preference. But the nails itself were a big no. First photo is the inspo and second and third is what I got. They said they've never done this design before and I trusted their expertise. But I was a bit disappointed how these turned out. I paid $55. They do good with my gel manicures but not acrylics. At least for me.
