A complete waste of my day. I am too frustrated to write the essay for what it was worth. The only instructions this lady listened to, was to keep the braids straight upon dipping. I sat in the chair an hour and some prior getting started, the size was wrong EVEN AFTER TAKING THE ROW OUT (medium unclean parts after we said small) AND CORRECTING IT AND CONFIRMING THE CORRECTION. I sat in the chair and watched a lady come after me get MICRO braids and another after her got extra small bohemian and left. I SAT IN THE CHAIR FOR 12 HOURS. I confirmed the style I wanted with the braider and asked how much does small knotless cost (I was pointing to the hairstyle another girl in the shop was currently, in the moment, in that present time- was getting), she said 180, and then when done and I give

I gave 2 stars because I’ve been here once before and my experience was good, she finished my hair from 9-4:30 and I still was able to pick my daughter up from daycare in time. We had spoken about me getting small boho box braids, waist length $250. It was way too much going on I went on July 4 and sat for 3 hours before I left and my hair still not done , that should’ve just been my reason to leave and do my hair myself , I came the next day and I was there from 7:45-8:30pm and I had to leave with my hair not finished because I had work and I was already pushing time. If I didn’t have to leave I would’ve been there every bit of 9:30. She was taking so many breaks and for somebody who told me to be there at 7:45 and you didn’t show up until 2 hours later you would think she wanted me to m

⭐️ 1 Star (Only because I can’t give ZERO) RUN. Don’t walk—RUN AWAY from this disaster of a so-called “hair braiding shop.” I spent FOURTEEN HOURS in this place—yes, 14 HOURS—for what I specifically asked to be small knotless box braids, and somehow ended up with regular, poorly done box braids that were NOT knotless. The end result looked NOTHING like what I asked for, and honestly, I’ve seen cleaner work from amateurs on YouTube. My appointment was from 8:30am - 2:30pm. I was in the salon from 9am - 11pm. A Joke. Let’s talk about the environment: FILTHY. There were flies buzzing around, and worse—I saw ROACHES crawling across the floor. That alone should’ve been my cue to leave, but I made the mistake of staying because I had already carved out the time and thought maybe I’d at least

My hair was VERY short and they did an excellent job anyways. I highly recommend this place. Prices were fair too!

Before my appointment, I asked the lady in person if she was able to braid my hair the way it was in the phone she told me yes and I also asked her which hair should I purchase in order to get the look she told me a certain brand made me purchase a certain brand then told me once I came back from my appointment And half my hair was done. I should have gotten human hair because this type of hair tends to mess up. Once I was finish getting my hair done. She told me she couldn’t do it in the stall. I want it soon because the hair already had a curl to it. I was very disappointed. I won’t recommend this shop to anyone.
