Ramas Hair Braiding

Very peaceful experience. I got there at about 10am I was done by 1pm. Fast efficient and my hair is neat. I had two ladies on my hair and one braiding it down. My hair is about 3ins so it hurt a lil bitty bit. But overall a cool fast experience.

These people were terrible to me when I went awhile ago. And I had to stop after a couple of braids because it was so painful I wanted to cry. I could tell they were being rude so I recorded their conversation and sent to my guy friend who speaks French. They are not nice people, they talk terribly about their customers. I asked if I could just have my money back and go somewhere else. They didn’t give it back for a couple of days until I asked my guy friend to help. Very unprofessional shop. Go somewhere else. Update to response: And apparently they lie also. This was the exact shop I came to. I am trying to locate the screenshots from the interaction, requesting money back. I will add once I find them. Look at how they respond to their customers. Very disappointing shop with no bus

I arrived at the shop before 11. All the chairs were full and one person had two people in their head. After waiting for close to a hour a lady arrived and started my hair. I showed her a picture and told her I wanted small knotless braids. They were going to charge me $250. After watching people go in and out and get finish. This is how far she got by 2:50 PM. I asked her how long it will be, and all chaos broke loose. she goes to tell me this takes longer, but everybody around me has smaller parts in more braids. She states that because I’m getting knotless. To make matters worse there were still a small knots at the root of the braids. As a braider, it wasn’t the best set of knotless. The owner wasn’t happy because I didn’t agree with the size for the price or the timing. Which lead to
