I like the way my hair was done. However, the price was too high. The salon is very untidy. I was the only one there. There was no reason for the place to be this way. The bathroom has no toilet seat! When I expressed my concerns to Ms Raquel she stated that just happened ( I spoke to someone who went to this salon b4 n she stated it's always this way.) I expressed to Ms Raquel if you're gonna charge these high prices at least improve on the ambiance. Respectfully

The ladies nice and welcoming however I asked her to color my hair blonde I didn’t want platinum blonde I wanted Carmel blonde my hair turned out darker than what I expected when I asked she said I have to pay her more to get the color I wanted in the first place I walked out not getting exactly what I wanted that’s what I didn’t like
