Ravenwood Barbershop

Today was a horrible day for my son. The shop use to be okay but if you are going smoke drink and be high while cutting hair you shouldnt be a barber.My son hard for his money and your barber use to be good but he was so high today he missed the mark do better with professionalism and listening to your customer pure garbage 🗑

It's been to a few bars here they all cut decently, but they recently went up to 50 dollars a cut it's gotta be honest, not everyone in this shop is worth $50 but they do have the best walk in policy of any shop in the area

I walked into the barber shop with my 82-year-old mother so that she could get a trim. The one barber that was there was talking to another gentleman about recording or something. That barber let us sit there for almost 15 minutes while he's having casual conversation. I finally helped my mother back on her feet and began to walk out. The barber than looks at us and said "you leaving?" I just said yes and shook my head in shame, and we walked out. To that barber: Before you speak of supporting "our" businesses.... learn how to run one. Greet you customers. Treat them as priority. That was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful establishments I have visited in a long time. Shame on you.

They don't even deserve a one star! Horrible horrible customers' service. Sat down for 3 hours and the barbers were just taking their sweet time, chatting, going out to smoke every two seconds like no one was sitting there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They don't serve the public. They serve people they are friends with and treat other customers like crab. Can't count the number of people who came after me and got their hair cut and I just sat there for 3 hrs and that was when a clown walked up to me and asked me If i was getting a hair cut. I was polite and patient the whole time but the two barbers went outside, smoking and chatting. I just stomped out. Rude barbers! Poor service!
