I booked an appointment for a same day consult and service. The provider completed a skin analysis and suggested I have a micro-needling, followed by red light therapy. The “special” cost was $400 (I was told regular price was $450 or $500).I was shocked to learn that extractions weren’t included in that price; especially since clogged pores/congested skin was something we discussed. If micro-needling and extractions couldn’t be performed the same day, the provider should’ve educated me and started with a less invasive service. Pros: The provider was friendly, the spa was clean and cozy.

I got the speciality facial and it was absolutely amazing. Jennise was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to all my skin concerns. I almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing!
