Raya Skin Care Salon and Spa

Everything was great except the reception. One of them is not friendly at all. Not only she did not smile but she looks mad, not happy talking to clients. In my opinion, reception is the first door of business. She supposed to give warm welcome to customers. She might have a bad day. Again as I mentioned the rest is good. Natasha was very nice, gentle and polite.

I’ve been coming to Raya for years and I have to say I don’t get these skin results anywhere else. Ana is my skins secret weapon & the most amazing esthetician, so caring and thorough! She has my (& my husband’s) skin looking incredible for months. She also gives the BEST facial massage of anyone I’ve ever been to!

I’ve been treating myself to a quarterly microdermabrasion facial with Anna for some time now and I’m so grateful to be in her hands! She’s honest, delicate, and extremely attentive with her approach. It is clear that she delivers her treatments with as much love and she does precision. Was really excited to get a treatment here, but the reception service was so bad that it put me off and I ended up leaving. The receptionist- a blonde lady- was extremely unhelpful, looked like she did not want to be there, and brushed off all of my questions.
