Used Heather one time with my 7yo. Had hope I’d found the place for my child. Well, she did a fine job then ghosted us. I’ve called, texted and every time she can’t cut my 7yo hair. Meanwhile, I ride by and see she is most definitely cutting hair. The only thing I can think of of that she wasn’t good at the haircut he wanted but I told her and even showed her and she did fine. He loved it. No matter what, it’s very unprofessional to lie to clients and just blow them off. And that’s what I say anytime the word haircut pops up.
Nicely done, Heather. Great atmosphere. Friendly lady's.
