RCs Waxing & Threading

Today was my first time visiting this location. Ash was very pleasant and was very attentive to what I wanted. She did an excellent job threading my eyebrows. I also love the fact that she noticed that one of my eyebrows were thinner than the other. I will definitely be going back. Ash thank you again.

Not only was this my first time working with her, the spa itself is aesthetically beautiful. Visibly clean & well-kept. And her intake forms are thorough — yet not requiring so much time to fill out. The different kinds of waxes ranging from $40-$100 was interesting.. I went for the $40 honey wax & her technique and approach to the ‘tender spots’ was so intentional. Still, not painless — but the least I’ve experienced (ever). She teaches you about the different waxes used and the ‘why’ behind them. Notice I said “teach” and not “sell.” She leaves room for autonomy when choosing and you feel confident knowing she can execute a clean and efficient wax in under 15 minutes. Ash is AMAZINGGGG! Her customer service, the knowledge she has about the products and the time she takes to perfect her craft. I'm glad to have came to this location. She was so busy & still found a way to communicate with every client that came in. My service was flawless to say the least and I'm in loveee with my eyebrows! See you next time!
