RD Salon & BlowDry Bar (Studio RD)

I should’ve checked the reviews before I went here. There is no surprise to me that it’s a 3.7 rating and I think that’s too high and I would definitely give it a zero for that receptionist they have she is ungodly ignorant all she did the entire time I was there was walk around from girls station to station complaining about this one and that one and this one and that one even at one point she came over complaining, while I was getting my hair rinsed about the guy not salting the ground correctly my stylist distracted that she was burning my hair with hot water. Once she walked away she cooled it down. She must’ve realized it. She probably seen smoke coming off my head now off to the hairstylist, she was super sweet, but what she did to my hair was horrific and to charge me $50 to tape in

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I went in for a simple trim just to get my dead ends cut off, my stylist was Molly Gatto, when she first sat me down and asked what I would like her attitude was terrible and seemed like she didn’t care about how I wanted my hair. She rushed through the whole haircut and cut my hair uneven, I spoke up and asked politely to fix it and she said she didn’t think there was anything wrong but she will. Finally, after the cut it was still not fixed but I just payed and left. I wouldn’t recommend this salon or the stylist Molly.

I love Megan! She's extremely professional and I've seen her multiple times to get my hair cut. The first time I went, she took a test strain of a girl's hair to see how her box dye would come out if she colored the girl's hair. I would recommend coming here (or at least seeing Megan!)

Rebecca has amazing talent but the receptionist was BEYOND RUDE when I arrived 15 minutes late (after being a client for more than a year and consistently tipping 30 percent). I know I was late and that was wrong but it should have been handled in a more professional manner: the colorist left when I was not there by 5 and I had the appointment listed as 515 so it was my fault I again admit but it was handled so poorly Should have been “I’m so sorry she left” or CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW NOT TO BOTHER COMING since it’s a 40 minute drive 😰

I got a horrible haircut and blow dry. I asked for full loose curls with the blow dry; my hair was flat.bi found one or two curls, the rest was pin straight. She gave me “layers” that looked like she just went in a straight line along my hair. Thankful that I know how to do my own hair because I could not go to my event straight out of the salon. Very nice staff though!!
