Red Nails

2 and a half hours later , lumpy nails and out of $100. Why is a polish change $30. They in there scamming. I will keep my business at Radiant nails. Glue is still on my finger smh

I love this place and its always my go to do my nails. They all do a great job but Jeni is amazing and so sweet!! She always get the shape right and her french manicures are always on point. Also great pricing and I always leave happy

Don’t make the same mistake that I did! I seen that their reviews were not the best, but I thought that what I was asking for was simple enough to trust them with. All I wanted was to get a pedicure with the gel polish removed from my toes and a manicure with the powder dip removed from my hands. No polish or anything extra. I paid the most I’ve ever paid for any mani and pedi service and I didn’t even get color. On top of that, the mani was just butchering my cuticles and rubbing oil on my hands. Also, my nails look like I bit them off. When I tell them that I’m am not satisfied, especially with what I got for the amount I paid. They offered me five dollars! I will never step in there again, and I don’t even write reviews. I just wanted to write this to warn anyone else of the service a

Pedicure was great but my French Mani came out less than desirable. I asked for coffin shape and an ombre French... this is what I got even with several attempts to correct and asking to have the French tip shaped better. I even told the technician I was going to pay for it but was very unhappy and she smiled and laughed.

Red Nails offers excellent customer service. It doesn't begin as the top service. I was getting a new set of nails applied and described the "ballerina" gel nail style to the nail technician.The nail technician put on multiple layers, and my nails turned out terrible and looked very unprofessional, so I requested that this work be taken off! The nail technician suggested redoing my nails, but I declined once more. I conveyed that I was extremely unhappy with the service. Eventually, Lily the manager, stepped in and helped to ease the situation.She demonstrates a remarkable and professional attitude towards client satisfaction. My nails were beautifully done, and I received a refund. I have gone back to Red Nail Willow Lawn for my nails, waxing, and lashes. You couldn’t request better servi
