Money well spent !! I bought a groupon for this salon. I am happy I did! I got my hair cut by Christine and she did an amazing job!! I think I finally found my hair dresser! She knew just what to do. she has been in business for a long time and you could tell! Definitely good vibes here! I will definitely be back for my next haircut. glad I found this gem !!!! Thank you! :)

Took me a couple years to grow out a TERRIBLE haircut I got from this place. I was 19 and got bullied in the response. Here’s my mistake, I came in ten minutes. That was wrong. This does not mean, chop my waist length hair to be shoulder length, give me layers like a pair of scissors went rogue in my hair, make every single layer uneven and choppy, and then have the audacity to snap back at me when I simply ASKED if a blow dry was included in my Groupon. I see customer service hasn’t gotten any better. Please save your money. These people ruined my hair and make my teenage self feel so terrible.

She didn't blowout my whole head, I had waves in back, it looked like bed head.When I went home to finish to straighten it myself, I noticed that the face framing layers in front were uneven ! The salon got a Groupon from me, plus required an additional $10 from me,plus mectipping on the whole amount prior to discounts, &;the gas for the 9D minute round trip., I am writing to request a refund of at least $20. The reason for my refund request is [crOoked hair style/ hairdresser did what she wanted not what the patron spent the first 10 minutes asking for/ which stylist claimed she understood. I even provided 5 photos showing exactly what I needed.It is a classic cut,nothing new or out of the ordinary. Definitely someone who been cutting hair for 35 yesrs like she claimed can pull off.At

Got Groupon for the salon. Was blown away by Jennifer! She was so attentive and helpful. She made my hair absolutely perfect. Thank you for making me feel brand new in these unprecedented times. I will be back for sure. So happy I found my forever hair salon!

Horrible customer service ! I bought a Groupon from Red Sun Salon & Day Spa Not once have they returned my phone call, left 2 messages and I even emailed them to schedule a haircut appointment. I guess they’re satisfied with keeping my money and Not doing the work . I’m reporting them to the BetterbusinessBureau and to Groupon
