Refine Nails is hands-down the best nail salon in Seattle, and Alina is an absolute gem! She is warm, friendly, and incredibly professional, making every visit such a pleasure. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures my nails are always flawless, and her care and precision really shine through in her work. I leave the salon feeling confident and pampered every time. If you’re looking for perfect nails and a wonderful experience, I can’t recommend Alina and Refine Nails enough!

I’ve been coming to this salon every month since 2021 and have had a good experience most of the times, especially with my nail techs Daryl and Aries, who do amazing work. Unfortunately, I recently missed an appointment because I was sick and overslept. I didn’t receive the usual reminder call that I’ve always gotten before, and I was still charged the full amount of $94. When I reached out, I was told it was because I had cancelled once before, which I didn’t quite understand. To me, canceling means I called ahead and informed them, which I don’t think should be a bad thing, especially when I’ve always respected their time. Love my gel pedicure with Alina! She is the best! She is so gentle but same time she works very fast! My pedicure lasts usually over 7 weeks and I can't wait to come back. Each time I select new pretty colors because they have huge color palette. Place is very clean and chic. If you look place in the area this is definitely the right choice.

For $85 I excepted a better job than this. Uneven nails and ridges. After my cuticles were cut and I started feeling pain I asked to just push the cuticles instead, but she kept cutting my cuticles. I had to pull my hands a few times. (The way she cleaned the cuticles and around looked pretty but I think it went too far at certain points) When the curing started hurting a lot I was told I need to give my nails a break, mind you I haven’t gotten my nails done in almost a year. I don’t think she was being malicious, but I think her experience was not up to par with the amount they’re charging.
