I had seen a lady at a restaurant and asked her who had done her locks. She referred me to Brandi at reflections hair salon on Broad Street in Trenton, New Jersey . . I Calledmade an appointment for a consultation and then I made an appointment. The stylist was on time and experienced and gave me good tips for care in between appointments. I really appreciated her..

I met the owner Tracy a few years ago when I attended an event she hosted in her shop's neighborhood. We stayed connected over the years. Today, I attended a well planned, organized, and also informative braid instruction class. Although, I already knew how do do single and corn row braids, I didn't know how to add hair to create trendy hairstyles. Today I walked out of her shop with a certificate of completion and a the ability and confidence to create a funky hair style in my daughters hair. Tracy and her staff were beyond professional and full of knowledge about hair texture, hair products, and styles. I will be on the look out for future classes. I enjoyed supporting this Queen!

My experience for my hair wasn't good at all, Kayla was nice and sweet, but her knowledge of natural hair was non existent. I specifically had asked for someone who knew how to do natural hair, but was given someone who wasnt very knowledgeable at all, combing natural hair with a fine tooth comb while it's dry, was a red flag for me and I should have left then but I didn't and that was my mistake. I left with an uneven trim, my sons hair was not throughly separated during the blow drying process and trimmed unevenly and still tangled slightly when I left. She had the nerve to slap a little gel just on the top of my hair, I was like this is a disaster. She was kind enough to reach out after the appointment but I did let her know I will never return there and you need more training on do

Reflexions is an experience of warmth. Professionalism, attention to detail, relaxing environment. Tracey runs a top tier establishment. Took me from hair falling out to shoulder length locs!
