Refresh Massage Spa

I came for a massage and it was wonderful! Nice, strong pressure to get the knots out my shoulders, and the hot stones add-on was just perfect. The way the space is laid out meant some ambient noise, but they play relaxing music at just the right volume. Space was no frills, nice and clean. Prices very reasonable. Will definitely come back.

This experience was unacceptable and troubling. I booked and began a hand and foot massage and was already 10 minutes into my session when another customer with a lighter skin tone arrived. Immediately after, I was told my masseuse was suddenly “busy” and that my service could only continue for a half hour. I was then switched to another masseuse who clearly did not know what he was doing, and shortly after, switched to another masseuse yet again. This disruption did not feel random. It felt like I was deprioritized to accommodate another customer based on race. This went beyond poor scheduling or bad service..it felt discriminatory. Being interrupted, rushed, and passed between unqualified providers after another customer arrived is unacceptable and should never happen. No one should le

This place is just okay for me. The massage was not so bad, but I am not going to give 5 stars as others did because I found out that the blanket/towel that they have in the room for you to cover after you change and get on the table is not replaced after each client. I was there for the second time some days ago and saw the blanket hanging on the clothes hook, it looked crumpled, dirty and didn't smell fresh. This is the blanket they use on top of you for the first 30-40 minutes of the massage before they start touching your skin. I questioned the masseuse and she didn't speak English. She called the front desk lady and when I questioned her, she told the masseuse to change the blanket. The woman came back with a blanket rolled up as you would to throw in the hamper for washing, not fold

We each had 75-minute deep tissue massages and they were FANTASTIC! Exactly what you want in deep tissue and at great value. This is our new spot.

I came for a 90 minute massage, and asked for hot stones! It was perfect and Peter was very professional and mindful throughout the service! Checking in on pressure and temperature throughout. Amazing service door to door, will definitely come back again soon.
