Luisa’s attention to detail is unmatched, she did an amazing job. My first time here will definitely be back. Have also done my eyebrows twice here, also very good! Again, LOVE Luisa’s work. Got dip this time and she did an AMAZING job so they look super natural. Can’t recommend enough

best gel manicure i have gotten in a long time in new york city. i cannot recommend them enough, anna paid so much attention to details & was so kind throughout the process. my new neighborhood staple nail salon!!!

My nails didn’t even last a full week before fell off already. The amount I paid ($80) should have lasted at least a week. I am also not happy with how they shaped my nails or drew the design. I am very disappointed with this place, the girls doing nails are nice but not experienced at all, the lady that’s either manager or owner was very rude. I would not recommend this place.

They saved my week. I went and got a mani at my usual place and was unhappy with the color. On my way home from a fresh mani I stopped off at Refresh Nail N Spa and explained I hate my nail color if they can do something for me. Lisa was my manicurist and she hooked me up with a color I love ❤️. The staff is very sweet and pleasent and the place os very clean. I booked my next appointment with them. The place is convenient right here in Downtown Brooklyn. Why not do you shopping and get your mani and pedi?

This place is only a few blocks from me so it would have been nice if it worked out. But the gel manicure that I got seemed a bit sloppy and Lisa the manicurist seemed frustrated and added to the stress of the experience. I just wanted her to paint up to the edges of my messed up nail on the side and she kept removing polish from the edge 🤷🏾‍♀️ She did it the right way for most of the other nails. It just needed a little paint but she kept taking the paint off 😑. For the cuticles, I wanted the polish up to the cuticle, but not on the cuticle. And everything even and professional looking. I was trying to tell her to tidy up the edges before putting my hands under the light but she didn't seem to understand. Earlier on I'd asked for her to just shape all of my nails the same shape but abo
